Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damage" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call us at 818-341-9903 within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result in a denial for damage claim. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable even if there is a Free S&H promotion.
Shipping Outside of 48 US States
If you are not located in the 48 US states, our online store will NOT generate an additional S&H rate in some extended areas. If you would like and international S&H rate not listed online you can email us at sales@DTMFiberWerkz.com for a price quote. Please also note that international S&H will not include the customs brokerage fee, tax and duties. This MUST be paid upon delivery.

All returns must be authorized and approved by DTM RaderWerkz. We charge a 30% restocking fee on all returns and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to: DTMRaderWerkz 18216 Parthenia St. Northridge, CA 91325 in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at customers' expense. Mounted/ used wheel can't be returned. Wheels cannot be returned for any reason if wheels show any signs of use. Examples of use are: once a tire is mounted to the rim, or the wheel is bolted to a hub. Spacers, lugs, studs, and any other hardware that show any signs of use cannot be returned. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to DTM RaderWerkz. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued for specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns.
What Can't Be Returned?
Used items cannot be returned. Wheels cannot be returned for any reason if wheels show any signs of use. Examples of use are once a tire is mounted to the rim, or the wheel is bolted to a hub. Spacers, lugs, studs, and any other hardware that show any signs of use cannot be returned. Custom re drilled bolt patterns or custom center bore wheels can't be returned. Please make sure to verify wheel fitment before purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CLOSEOUT/ SALE WHEELS. ALL SALES FINAL ON MARKED DOWN/ SALE ITEMS.
